Meeting Information
All meetings of the Council AdCom are now virtual using teleconferencing services available on the Internet.
If you plan to attend our monthly meeting, contact the Secretary to receive information for accessing the meeting. (secretary@dcceas.org) The ZOOM software for internet meetings
is available free to download for virtual access our meetings.
MEETING DATE, TIME, & LOCATION (See Calendar Page)
The DCCEAS holds its Monthly meetings on the first Thursday of every month (except June - August). The F2F meetings are at University of the District of Columbia (UDC) in Building 42, Suite 212 beginning generally begin at 7:00 P.M.
NOTICE: However, at the current time all AdCom meeting are being held using the ZOOM virtual meeting platform. Contact the Secretary for details to connect on the ZOOM account.

MEETING F2F Meetings DIRECTIONS
The UDC Van Ness Campus is conveniently located in the northwest community of Washington, DC at 4200 Connecticut Ave, NW.
The Van Ness/UDC metro subway station on the red line is located a few steps away from the main campus and local buses make frequent stops at the campus
(refer to http://www.wmata.com/metrorail/Stations/station.cfm?station=9).
Although there is street parking, there is also a University Parking lot adjacent to building 42.
Teleconferencing Services for Meetings
Note: The staff conference room has facilities for members to teleconference in meetings
when they can not attend in person. A special phone number for the bridge is available
by notifying the leadership when you plan to join us by teleconference in the meetings.
